FIRE RESISTANT ACOUSTIC WALL LINING SYSTEM ACCORDING TO STANDARD EI120 FOR TYPE C CHANNELS OR STUDS 

An acoustic mount for wall lining system with double fastening to the wall. 

They are HYBRID wall mount made of rubber and spring with high quality raw materials. This combination provides excellent results in the vibro mechanic field. 

The 4800/TDM model is an acoustic wall mount which can be attached directly to the wall by using metal channels type C or studs. 

It can isolate and separate wall lining systems using the minimal space. There are 4 colours of spring, depending on the load that they can bear. The spring should be chosen according to the load the spring is going to bear. 

We are the only ones who can manufacture it. 

Main features 

• It is a FIRE RESISTANT acoustic mount according to standard EI120 

• Direct fastening to type C metal channel or STUD. 

• Easy installation to the channel. 

• Fast levelling. 

• Double fastening to the wall. 

• It is highly recommended for high-rise walls. 

• Excellent results in low and medium frequencies (Hz) isolation. 

The bracket of the wall mount is 1,5 mm thickness. For this reason this is more resistant than others similar products. 

It can bear loads between 3 and 75 kg: 

• GREY SPRING: It is recommended for loads between 3 and 15 kg (maximum load). 

• GREEN SPRING:  It is recommended for loads between 15 and 30 kg (maximum load). 

• BLUE SPRING:  It is recommended for loads between 30 and 50 kg (maximum load). 

• RED SPRING:  It is recommended for loads between 45 and 75 kg (maximum load). 

We do not recommend exceeding the maximum load of each colour in order to avoid the saturation of the polymer (rubber). 

Resonance frequency: 7-15 Hz. 

This product has been tested in a Laboratory according to standard UNE-EN ISO 10846-1:2009
