They are third generation rubber shock absorbers, manufactured using a renewed polymer, providing greater performance in the VIBRATORY field.

Introduction 4360/60DS.

It is a different shock absorber with constant EVOLUTION for the suspension of acoustic false ceilings, using galvanized steel profiles type TC60, RIGI 60, MAESTRA 60/27 or similar.

We are totally dedicated to SAFETY for your complete peace of mind. For this reason, the “Mod. 4360/60 DS ”incorporates the most advanced locking device of the moment. (We are the only ones who can manufacture it).

MAIN Features 

Its direct fixation to the 60 mm ceiling profiles. (Type TC-60 PLADUR, RIGI 60 PLACO and MAESTRA 6027 KNAUF or similar) makes it unique. This type of acoustic isolator is designed to eradicate and attenuate the transmission of vibrations produced by equipment with repetitive and rotating shocks above 20Hz.

DYNAMIC Load capacity

For the design of acoustic ceilings, there is a very wide diversity of construction solutions, where the distribution of the load will depend on different variables, such as: mass m2, distance between the inter-axes of the ceiling profiles, arrangement of the shock absorbers on the slab, etc.

The 4360/60DS range has the advantage of combining two colors to differentiate the load per unit (kg): GREEN and BLUE.

GREEN will indicate the one with the lowest weight, between 8Kg up to 30kg of maximum load.

BLUE the one with the highest load, between 27kg up to 50kg maximum load.

In this way, we can choose the most effective shock absorber depending on the system.

RESONANCE frequency: 7-15 Hz.
