3800/01 TD1 + TA  - Acoustic wall lining systems 

A wall mount for wall lining systems with simple fastening to wall 

Introduction

It is an acoustic wall mount made of high performance and renovated raw materials providing improvements en the vibro-mechanical field. 

This product is a simple fastening to wall using profiles type C or STUD. It allows isolating and separating wall lining systems in the least space. In addition, it is available in two thickness in order to extend or reduce the air chamber depending of the work site conditions.

Dynamic load capacity

This product has two modalities depending on the sheet thickness of the bracket: 

• Bracket of 0,8 mm sheet thickness: "SE-3801/TD1 + TA" model.

• Bracket of 1,5 mm sheet thickness: "SE-3800/TD1 + TA" model.

Load performance: when an acoustic treatment is stimulated and starts vibrating, it generates a swinging movement. Therefore, we have to use a wall mount that allows axial compression in both directions (C₁ and C₂):

• Elongation compression (C₁ ): for loads between 5 kg and 15 kg of maximum load. 

• Axial compression (C₂): for loads between 5 kg and 32 kg of maximum load. 

It offers a resonance frequency of 7-15 Hz.

Laboratory tests carried out according to standard UNE-EN ISO 10846-1:2009.
