STRIB CAB - Acoustic Ceiling

A different and professional hanger. Higher performance in the least space. It is a HYBRID hanger (rubber and spring) with stoppers named CUG.

STRIB CAB is made of high performance and renovated raw material providing improvements in the vibro-acoustic field.

Introduction 

STRIB CAB is an acoustic hanger with fast adjustment to first profile STIL PRIM 100. The profile is fixed with a simple gesture making him an innovative and unique product.

We use the latest technology in the production such as: renovated polymers (KRAIBURG-TPE) tested according to standard UNE-EN ISO 10846-1:2009 and placed in the sides on the steel spiral.

The steel spring is manufactured according to standard DIN 2095 UNE EN 10270, with colour EPOXY treatment, that improves the resistance to adverse weather conditions. 

Main features

Its direct fixation to profile STIL PRIM-100 (PLACO) or similar make him a unique product. This acoustic hanger is designed to eradicate and attenuate vibrations caused by rotating and repetitive blows above the 6 Hz. In addition, it provides the last locking device of the moment (CUG).

Dynamic load capacity 

They are hybrid hangers designed to work under loads from 3 kg up to 120 kg, distinguishing the different loading ranges by colours.

The STRIB CAB is available in 4 colours in order to differentiate the load per unit (kg): grey, green, blue and red.  The grey colour will indicate the one with the lowest load and the red colour, the one with the highest load. 

• Grey: it is recommended for loads between 3 kg up to a maximum of 20 kg. 

• Green: it is recommended for loads between 15 kg up to a maximum of 45 kg. 

• Blue: it is recommended for loads between 30 kg up to a maximum of 75 kg. 

• Red: it is recommended for loads between 60 kg up to a maximum of 120 kg. 

We do not recommend to exceed this maximum load in ordor to avoid the saturation of the polymer. 

In this way, we can choose the most effective hanger depending on the system.
