TS-80 R 400 - Acoustic floor 

All our products are made of a high performance polymer (rubber) that provides improvements in the acoustic insulation. The combination of TC/GPN (a specific polymer) and MEGOL (another polymer) lets a higher damping factor than common polymers such as polyurethane, polyethylene, EPDM, etc. 

TS-80 R 400 is made of this combination so it is the best solution to eradicate and attenuate technical floor vibrations. 

TS-80 R 400 is designed to be used under concrete slabs and to build acoustic technical floors. It avoids sound to be transmitted to the rest of the building thanks to the combination mentioned before. It has inverted trapezium shape which avoids the deformation of the product and improve the elastic system’s performance. 

It is available in different colours. Each colour represents the load that product can support. 

This is the Red model designed for loads between 250 kg and 400 kg. 

All models of this product (green, blue and red) have been tested in qualified testing laboratories allowing us to know the breaking point, it is 1000 kg. TS-80 can support loads above 1000 kg where the elastic limit is exceeded.
