MSN-90 - Acoustic Ceiling


Introduction 

A different acoustic hanger with constant evolution for acoustic false ceilings using profiles C or Stud. It is composed of a hybrid system with a unique metallic spring according to standard DIN 2095 UNE EN 10270 with green EPOXY treatment. In addition, it has a renovated polymer TC/GPN providing a better performance to the hanger. 

The steel spiral provides a high degree of isolation to vibration in the range of low/medium frequencies. The polymers, placed in its ends, have a better damping factor and a high degree of isolation to vibration in the range of medium/high frequencies. 

 

The combination of steel spiral and polymers makes possible launch onto the market the best acoustic hanger reducing the vibration to exciter frequencies.



Main features

This acoustic hanger is designed to eradicate and attenuate the transmission of vibrations provided by rotating and repetitive blows above 6 Hz.  



Capacity of dynamic load

These hybrid hangers are designed to work between 15 kg and 120 kg. The MSN-90 range is available in 3 colours in order to differentiate the load per unit (kg): GreenBlue and Red. The Green colour indicates the one with the lowest load capacity and the Red colour the one with the highest load.


  • GREEN: it is recommended to loads between 15 kg and 45 kg (maximum load).                          

Strongly recommended not to exceed this limit in order to prevent overstressing the polymer. 


  • BLUE: it is recommended to loads between 30 kg and 75 kg (maximum load).                          

Strongly recommended not to exceed this limit in order to prevent overstressing the polymer. 

 

  • RED: it is recommended to loads between 60 kg and 120 kg (maximum load).                          

Strongly recommended not to exceed this limit in order to prevent overstressing the polymer. 


In this way, we can choose the most effective hanger depending on the system.
