FTD NIVEL 47 - Acoustic ceilings and wall lining systems

The FTD NIVEL 47 is an acoustic hanger with direct fastening to walls using 45/48 mm profiles. It is the thinnest hanger for narrow spaces. 

Introduction 

The FTD NIVEL 47 model stands out by its simplicity. It allows the isolation and separation of acoustic ceilings and wall lining systems by using profiles that act as a structure to hold laminated plasterboards, such as F530/PLACOSA, MAESTRA 4717/KNAUF, TC-47/PLADUR or similar.

The FTD/NIVEL 47 is capable by itself of reducing the space to a minimum, with incredible ALREADY TESTED results. It also has the advantage of correcting the unevenness that the different facings may present, with the help to the leveler accessory providing quality and performance to the different finishes.

Main features and dynamic load capacity

The FTD NIVEL 47 has a fast catch called CLIP STOP providing this way quality and performance to the different finishes. We are the only ones who can manufacture it. In addition, it is composed of several elements such as:

• BEC-10 rubber sheet: it is a micro cellular acoustic foam made of CAU EPDM 130 RE-42 that allows a better settlement of the clip on the wall, absorbing any unevenness that the original facing may present. It also provides an optimal performance in the medium/high frequencies (Hz). 

     It is recommended for loads between 3-25 kg. 

     Resonance frequency: 7-15 Hz. 

• TC4/GPN: a renewed  polymer with a protrusion part that prevents the contact between the set screw and the metallic components. In addition, it provides a perfect settlement and an optimal performance in the medium/high frequencies (Hz).

     It is recommended for loads between 5-25 kg. 

     Resonance frequency: 7-15 Hz.
