PL-50 - Acoustic Ceiling 

They are rubber acoustic hangers made of a renewed polymer, providing greaterperformance in the vibratory field.

Introduction 

It is a different acoustic hanger in constant evolution for the installation of acoustic false ceilings, using galvanized steel cassette keel profiles type STIL PRIM 50 (PLACOSA), SR (KNAUF) or similar. 

PL-50 is an ultra-fast fixation that incorporates themost advanced locking harpoon of the moment (CLIP STOP), with a simple gesture, the profile is set.  

We are the only ones who can manufacture it. 

Main features 

This product stands out for its simplicity and its direct fastening to cassette keel ceiling profiles. This type of acoustic insulator is designed to eradicate and attenuate the transmission of vibrations produced by equipment with rotating and repetitive blows above 20 Hz.

Dynamic load capacity 

In the acoustic field there is a very wide diversity of constructive solutions, where the distribution of the load will depend on different variables, such as: mass, distance between the inter-axes of the ceiling profiles, arrangement of hangers on the slab, etc. PL-50 is available in 2 colours in order to differentiate the load per unit (kg): Green and Blue.

The Green colour indicates the one with the lowest load capacity: 8 kg up to 30 kg. 

The Blue colour indicates the one with the highest load capacity: 27 kg up to 50 kg. 

Resonance frequency: 7-15 Hz. 

In this way, we can choose the most effective hanger depending on the system.
