It is a state-of-the-art polymer mount with an independent lockout stem. SENOR exclusive design. SENOR exclusive design


It has an acoustic core formed by a high-quality polymer with anti-rust treatment "MEGOL-IA 30, 40 and 50 C-UG/UVI F/P1250SPE25., rigorously manufactured to meet standard (UNE EN 13964)

 

Its plastic composition provides the best damping power in the vibration field and greater resistance to aging and breakage due to cracking. The juxtaposition of these two components makes possible a unique damper, which prevents the propagation of waves through the structure and reduces vibrations in the entire range of excitatory frequencies. Ideal for machines that work from 1,200 rpm.


Product Application: Designed for supporting on flat surfaces.


Dynamic load capacity according to the color of the polymer:


ACV- V 150

GREEN: Recommended for loads between 500N up to 1620N   as maximal load.

 

ACV-A 280

BLUE: Recommended for loads between  1030N  up to 3000N  as maximal load.

 

ACV-R 400

RED: Recommended for loads between 1680N up to  4000N  as maximal load.


METRICS: Available in metrics 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16.
