An acoustic hanger different from the rest

These are rubber acoustic hangers made of high-performance and renewed raw materials, which provide important improvements in the vibro-mechanical field. 

Introduction

It is a different and professional hanger. It is an ultra-fast fastening to primary profile STIL PRIM 100. This hanger doesn’t need screws to fix the profile.  It has double locking device (DS2) allowing 90º turns on its axis, in order to insert the product in the desired position.

We are the only one who can manufacture it.

Dynamic load capacity 

For the design of acoustic ceilings, there is a wide diversity of building solutions, where the load distribution will depend on different variables, such as: mass, distance between the inter-axes of the ceiling profiles, arrangement of the hangers on the slab, etc.

The HORQ CAB/DS2 range is available in two colours in order to differentiate the load per unit (kg): Green and Blue. 

The Green colour indicates the one with the lowest load capacity: between 8 kg up to 30 kg of maximum load.

The Blue colour indicates the one with the highest load capacity: between 27 kg up to 50 kg of maximum load.

Resonance frequency: 7-15 Hz.

In this way, we can choose the most effective hanger depending on the system.
