60 M/DS - Acoustic Ceiling
An acoustic hanger for suspended false ceilings
The 60M/DS model is a HYBRID acoustic hanger, that is to say, it is composed of a polymer (rubber) and a steel spring. The combination of rubber and steel provides a greater soundproofing.
SENOR always wanted to launch an acoustic hanger different from others. For this reason, it is added an improved polymer (made of MEGOL and TC4/GPN). This polymer contributes to improve the mechanical properties of the hanger and increases a >10% in the acoustic performance. In addition, the spring is made of an EPOXY treatment improving the resistance to adverse weather conditions.
This is a complete system that provides a great soundproofing in the whole exciter frequencies range.
Main features
The 60M/DS is a hybrid acoustic hanger with direct fastening to 60 mm profiles such as: TC-60 PLADUR, RIGI-60 PLACO, MAESTRA 6027 KANUF or similar. It has the most advanced locking device (DS) in the acoustic sector.
This type of acoustic insulator is designed to eradicate and attenuate transmission of vibrations produced by equipment with rotating and repetitive shocks above 6 Hz. It offers a resonance frequency of 3-7 Hz.
In addition, it strictly complies with fire resistance standard EI120 with a result of 120 minutes of resistance.
Dynamic load capacity
This product is designed to work between 3 kg up to 120 kg. It is differentiate by colours:
We do not recommend exceeding the maximum load of each colour in order to avoid the saturation of the polymer (rubber).
Laboratory test carried out according to standard UNE-EN ISO 10846-1:2009.
(UNE: Spanish Association for Standardization)
